Welcome to NailssbyAish. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website or purchasing our products.

Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to NailssbyAish.

PRODUCTS & SERVICES

All products sold by NailssbyAish are handmade and made-to-order press-on nail sets.

We strive to display product colors, designs, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to:

  • screen settings,

  • lighting,

  • handmade nature of products,

  • and customization requests.

Minor variations in color, design placement, or finish are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products, pricing, or services at any time without prior notice.

CUSTOM ORDERS & SIZING

Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing and customization details before placing an order.

NailssbyAish is not responsible for sizing issues resulting from incorrect measurements or information submitted by the customer.

If customization details are not provided within the requested timeframe, we reserve the right to:

  • delay the order,

  • proceed with default specifications,

  • or cancel the order if necessary.

Custom-made and personalized products cannot be changed once production has started.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Orders may be cancelled by us in rare cases including:

  • incorrect pricing,

  • suspicious activity,

  • unavailable materials,

  • or incomplete customer information.

Full payment is required before order processing begins.

Prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice.

NO RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Due to the hygienic and customized nature of our products, we do not accept:

  • returns,

  • exchanges,

  • or cancellations after an order has been placed.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

  • the wrong product was delivered,

  • the item arrived damaged,

  • or the product has a significant defect.

For damaged product claims:

  • an unboxing video is mandatory,

  • the package must be sealed before opening,

  • and the video must be continuous and unedited.

Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

All damage-related claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery at:

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are processed within the timeline mentioned on the product page.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once an order has been shipped, NailssbyAish is not responsible for courier-related delays.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or contact details.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • logos,

  • images,

  • product designs,

  • videos,

  • graphics,

  • text,

  • and branding,

is the intellectual property of NailssbyAish and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may include links, tools, or services provided by third parties including Shopify and payment gateways.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
