At nailssbyaish, all press-on nail sets are handmade and made-to-order. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.
Please ensure that:
- You select the correct size, shape, and design before placing your order.
- All customization details provided are accurate.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:
- the item is defective,
- damaged during transit,
- or you receive the wrong item.
To claim a refund or replacement for a damaged product, an unboxing video is mandatory.
Please ensure:
- The package is completely sealed before opening.
- The video is recorded continuously from start to finish without cuts or edits.
- The damage/issue is clearly visible in the video.
Claims raised without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
Once we receive the video and details, our team will examine the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund if applicable.
To report an issue, contact us at business@nailssbyaish.in within 24 hours of delivery with:
- your order number,
- unboxing video,
- clear photos of the issue (if needed),
- and packaging images if applicable.
