As all our press-on nail sets are handmade and made-to-order, please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are handmade and made-to-order.

Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days from the date the order is placed unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Customized or detailed nail sets may occasionally require additional processing time depending on the design complexity.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/message with tracking details.


SHIPPING TIMELINES

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 4–8 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • courier delays,

  • weather conditions,

  • festivals or holidays,

  • high order volumes,

  • or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We may offer free shipping on selected orders or promotional campaigns.


ADDRESS & CONTACT DETAILS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information while placing an order.

NailssbyAish will not be responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or lost packages due to:

  • incorrect addresses,

  • incomplete contact details,

  • or customer unavailability.

In case a package is returned to us due to incorrect details or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if provided).

Please allow some time for tracking updates to reflect after dispatch.


DELAYS

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occasionally occur.

NailssbyAish is not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond our control.


DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or is marked as lost, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or status update.

An unboxing video is mandatory for any damaged product claim.
The package must be sealed before opening, and the video must be continuous and unedited.

Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

NailssbyAish offers international shipping.

International shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) will be calculated and applied at checkout or charged separately depending on the destination country.
